IMPRESSIONS® is available in three Versa-Dek® dovetail profiles, each with matching acoustic options, to help you achieve the structural requirements of your project. The impressive span and overhang capacities of our Versa-Dek® roof deck enables open spaces with fewer supports. The signature dovetail profile of Versa-Dek® creates a clean, smooth, lineal plank ceiling aesthetic while concealing side-lap and fastener penetrations. It seamlessly integrates lighting and signage using the Versa-Wedge® hanger system. Versatile and visually appealing, Versa-Dek accommodates a wide range of roofing assemblies, from flat single-ply membranes to pitched standing seam systems.

Using its Tru-Steel HD® process, a digital print line incorporates an inline inkjet printer, roll coater, and electron-beam curing system to produce steel coils with image resolution up to 400 dpi. The result is a high-definition wood-grain finish with unmatched depth and clarity. New Millennium roll forms the steel coils into our Versa-Dek® roof deck profiles at our Memphis facility and prepares bundles for shipping to your project site.
IMPRESSIONS® uses up to 80% recycled steel, exceeding LEED minimums. Wood-printed steel products reduce the harvesting of natural resources and tracking FSC wood products. At the end of its service life, steel can be recycled.
